Mckenzie & Joseph said I do during their intimate catholic ceremony. Their wedding was traditional and untraditional… and I loved it! They started off the day having their first look at the alter. Right after they spent time along in the church praying and singing. Something I LOVE that these two did during their ceremony was walk down the isle together. While they did, they sang with the rest of the church. Their ceremony was powerful & so meaningful to them and their families! From communion, to sharing the Gospel throughout their ceremony you knew that these two loved each other, but they love God even more.
After their ceremony we headed to Verrado Golf Club to celebrate their union. Instead of having a traditional exit at the end of the reception, Mckenzie & Joseph had a bubble entrance! This was the perfect way to kick off the reception. In front of their closest family and friends these two showed their hearts intent to serve one another daily by washing the others feet. The night continued with dinner, heart felt toasts & dancing. Joseph lost his mom a few years ago, so instead of dancing with his mom, he danced with some of the ladies who stepped into his life & played that mother role to him… there were a ton of tears in the crowd. It was so much fun celebrating this new beginning with Mckenzie & Joseph! Here are just a few of their many highlights from their wedding day.
